You left out the part where he assaulted one of the sheriffs .

Like every other situation. I was not there and not going to armchair the incident.

On a side note I keep reading the mantra THIS NEVER HAPPENED UNDER OBAMA'S WATCH!!

I point out. Zimmerman in Fla and Ferguson MO. and the ripple effect it had across the country with attacks on cops, riots etc.

To date people still believe St. Swisher was killed by a racist white cop with an itchy trigger finger. AND zimmerman targeted the soon to be, college bound martin.

Even after linking the FBI etc findings. They are still in denial

Killed for code violation? Was it a code that put anyone at risk? Did it harm any property?

This is the real reason we need to be protesting. We need to decriminalize most of life, slash laws by 90%, place sunset clauses on all laws no longer than 10 years. If a law is needed, it can be repassed

If you read the YHN and other media outlets. You may have noticed they've turned off their comments section. While some of it was nothing but name calling and personal attacks. The ones who pointed out inconsistencies, as well as other venues, with documentation. For said rebuttal, have been silenced.

IMO it's due to how close the election numbers are ....and the "need" to silence those who do not follow the media, blindly.

Best to wait and see all the videos before rushing to judgement.

Yes- This sounds like one of those incidents that could range from 100% justified to 100% execution depending on the details.

Seriously? Did you even read the article? They didn't kill him over a code violation. They STOPPED him for a code violation. Or tried to. But, naturally, since he felt he didn't need to stop, he ran from the deputies. When they caught him he fought them...while holding a gun wrapped in clothing.

Then he was shot. That's what the Fox story says. It doesn't say why so saying why would only be speculation at this point. Maybe it was justified and maybe it wasn't...we don't know.

To say he was shot over a "code violation" is basically a lie.

    I did not know that.

Elections are a big part of it, the major media wants to silence anyone who questions what they tell us, on any topic.

I agree with portions of this.

Dude ran, punched a cop, and had a handgun.

2nd paragraph i agree with. The silly shit they pull people over for on bicycles in California is ridiculous.

Most if not all of those laws are / were written by democrats.

On the face of it pulling someone over for a minor violation may seem silly. It's not. And this instance is a perfect example. It gives officers a legal and valid reason to make a contact. And it should have resulted in a simple arrest or even just a warning. But this guy had to escalate the stop.

This is EXACTLY the type of proactive stop you should want police officers to be making.

By saying that I'm not saying the shooting was justified. I don't know enough yet to form an opinion. Stop was definitely justified.
