My take on why it wouldn't ge good for Antifa to head out of the city? Big city PDs run by liberals are way more likely to let the shenanigans continue as opposed to a Sheriff in a red county. Gather for church with more than 10 people (ie. 2 families, no pastor) and they want to rush in and shut you down because of the grave danger you present.

Gather with thousands, protesting and rioting, and you’ll be thanked by both the governor and the mayor.
