It was a 10 year sentence, so that seems unlikely.
Looks like problem solved as efficiently as possible to me.

He did 12.5 years for the child rape and then another 2.5 years for tampering with his monitoring device.

Appears to be same guy seen earlier in the evening getting in the face of "militia/protection" force. The guy in video looks like him, was very beligerent and was shorter than everyone, even the females.
Carrying the same bag that was thrown a few seconds before it ended too.
So, Kyle basically cleaned this FSB drill as a 17 year old, and in real life.
I'd bet dollars to donuts he'd been airsofting for a while, as his shoot/don't shoot/shoot switch was well oiled.

Curious how he became separated from others. No wingman. Rough place to be solo at 17.
One rumor, unverified, is someone called for a medic and when he went to help, they attempted to take his rifle and he began to be chased.
