    There is no case here. His legal team is going to rip the prosecution apart.
    Sadly, prosecutors have absolute immunity, so they can weld a political weapon with impunity especially if supported by a slanted voter base.

    He won't get convicted, on first degree murder no less...... But he will still lose a ton of freedom and suffer very serious consequences thanks mostly to the b*$%$ that knows she's immune. He shouldn't have even been charged, as we all know. Now 30%-40% of the entire country will think he's a mass murdering white supremacist that got off because of (insert political innuendo). He will encounter people who either recognize him or his name even 40 years from now.

    ETA: I wish this immunity had a few holes in it, the biggest one being no immunity when the DA's office is used for selective political prosecution.
