They have charged the 17yr old from last night's shooting with Murder 1

Wow. I can't say I'm surprised, but it sure seems excessive.

I am surprised he's only 17. Dude seemed to totally maintain his composure during the whole thing. Immediately made a call after the car dealership (reports are it was to 911) and didn't shoot any innocents while he was on the ground. Even gave the 3rd attacker a chance when he froze for a second.

Yet another example of why we want insurance that covers legal actions. You could be perfectly justified and firing in self-defense with complete control of the weapon (i.e., no danger to any bystanders) and still end up in court. I don't know if that's the case here since I haven't viewed the video but today's society is just too unpredictable. SJWs have gotten so embedded in all levels of government that I'm not surprised about the charges.

Read the fine print. Most of those polices do not cover societal upheaval , riots, mayhem, etc.
