My feelings too. Good thing Soros probably hasn?t been investing in antifa, BLM and US politicians..

So, now on video that I just watched. The mysterious pallets of bricks appearing near protest sites were a mystery that is apparently solved now. I was really hoping it was the Antifa assholes doing it. Nope, it's the police department in a police pickup truck #1400, placing pallets of bricks near the protest sites, and making things so much worse.

I'm sorry, but based on the scores of videos I've seen while trying to understand all this going on, the police in the United States as a whole, has lost my support pretty much 100%. I was watching so many videos where my immediate reaction is, that police officer should at least be fired, if not put in jail, for the flat out criminal behavior they're showing. I have two cousins who are police officers, and I just hope they're not this bad.
I can't find the video, perhaps if you are going to make such accusations, it should be accompanied by the proof....

I'd like to see that video as well. If you watched it, should be easy enough to go into your history and find it.

I've seen the video he's talking about.

It's shot with a potato from a fairly long distance, and it might be cops, might be some other people in an "official" looking vehicle, and the version of the video I saw didn't last long enough to make it clear they were really unloading bricks.

I've also seen about a dozen other photos and videos of mysterious palettes of bricks and concrete pieces showing up with little or no attribution (though one did have a label from a supplier called Acme Brick.)

Even assuming that the one video shows actual cops unloading actual bricks, I find it a bit of a stretch to believe that this means that all of the mysterious bricks being delivered all over the US are being placed there by cops.

If there's nothing wrong with having to show an ID to buy a gun, there's nothing wrong with having to show an ID to vote.

For legal reasons, that's a joke.

Everything you said about the video is true, but it looked a lot more like cops than I expected. However, I didn't see anything that looked like bricks. Could probably see a lot better in person, but as far as evidence of anything, that video sure isn't providing any.

Yes but would you feel better if I said 2/329731000 rounded up? You're dealing with activities in over a dozen cities around the country that have been organized and supplied rapidly. That's no mean trick -- just try to organize 20-50 families for something as simple and mundane as a joint picnic in 2 weeks' time -- much less hundreds and thousands of people gathering at a specific place and time with less than a week's notice. Smartphones help with information distribution and you can say someone just tossed a date/time out there and let it spread but SOMEONE generated and coordinate that information flow.

Oh, by the way, similar activities generated with similar themes and messages worldwide in less than a week? Yeah, it could all be random action, Brownian motion in societal action --- and monkeys could fly up my butt.

    That's my take.

Also, I don't know that I've ever seen a PD that uses pickup trucks. Sedans, cruisers, SUVs, and crossovers, sure, but not pickup trucks. I mean, it's not outside of the realm of possibility, but it strikes me as a bit weird.
