I'd like to see that video as well. If you watched it, should be easy enough to go into your history and find it.
I've seen the video he's talking about.
It's shot with a potato from a fairly long distance, and it might be cops, might be some other people in an "official" looking vehicle, and the version of the video I saw didn't last long enough to make it clear they were really unloading bricks.
I've also seen about a dozen other photos and videos of mysterious palettes of bricks and concrete pieces showing up with little or no attribution (though one did have a label from a supplier called Acme Brick.)
Even assuming that the one video shows actual cops unloading actual bricks, I find it a bit of a stretch to believe that this means that all of the mysterious bricks being delivered all over the US are being placed there by cops.

If there's nothing wrong with having to show an ID to buy a gun, there's nothing wrong with having to show an ID to vote.
For legal reasons, that's a joke.
Found the video. Judge for yourself.

Yes but would you feel better if I said 2/329731000 rounded up? You're dealing with activities in over a dozen cities around the country that have been organized and supplied rapidly. That's no mean trick -- just try to organize 20-50 families for something as simple and mundane as a joint picnic in 2 weeks' time -- much less hundreds and thousands of people gathering at a specific place and time with less than a week's notice. Smartphones help with information distribution and you can say someone just tossed a date/time out there and let it spread but SOMEONE generated and coordinate that information flow.
Oh, by the way, similar activities generated with similar themes and messages worldwide in less than a week? Yeah, it could all be random action, Brownian motion in societal action --- and monkeys could fly up my butt.
