1990 FXSTS tank panel hardware missing

I recently had to take the tanks off my 1990 FXSTS for some maintenance work, and had to remove the tank panel. The tank panel was attached with double sided foam tape so I just peeled it off. I am missing the attachment hardware, but am not sure what and have nothing to compare it to. I do have a repair manual for the bike, but haven't dug through it yet and thought it might be better for someone with knowledge to just put eyes on what I have and what I don't have.

Does the tank panel look like it's broken in any way, or missing anything?
It looks like the only think that is missing is a pin, but I'd like to get an opinion from someone who knows.

Looking at it again, there is no where for a pin to even attach. I am missing a mount that supposed to attach to the black bolt holes down from the tank bolts too I think.

Those brackets ate the tank mounts, nothing else attaches to them

no, you're not. Those 2 slots are held in place by a spring. Or use to be. There's no bolt, or you'd have a hole in the panel for it.
I believe an upgrade / updated part did have a hole for (iirc) a 1/2" 1/4-20

Also double sides sticky foam was used to keep it from rattling.

Stick it down with two sided tape.

Lay a paper towel or rag soaked with some baby, or cooking oil, over the areas you need worked on.

The news is reporting that on Saturday, Colorado experienced its first ever derecho.
Uh, what's that?

A derecho is a line of intense, widespread and fast-moving windstorms and sometimes thunderstorms that moves across a great distance and is characterized by damaging winds.

Seems like 100+ mph winds slamming down from the Niwot Ridge near Boulder is a similar experience. Colorado gets those a few times each year.

Following up, I find

In the last year or two, nonmeteorologists have been introduced to the terms bomb cyclone and snow squall.
And now Colorado has experienced another rare weather phenomenon — derecho, pronounced de-REY-cho. Derechos are more commonly found in the Midwest.

I worked for NOAA in the early 70's as a weather researcher, studying hail and thunderstorms. First time I have heard this term.
