I'm not so sure that Denver is too far behind Seattle. From the news footage that I saw from the Denver city council meeting last night, I'm starting to think that the "MOB" is figuring out that they, as a large group, can do what they want, when they want, where they want, with no repercussions. AND the city council simply sat there and let them do it again, last night.

Law and order is just about absent in the big city. Once it's gone, MOB rule is going to only get worse.
