So what you're saying is the tow truck driver wrecked his truck and broke his leg somehow and wanted to pin it on you?

I kinda think there was no wrecked truck. Otherwise I think someone would have been demanding my auto insurance information.

I suspect he had already broken his leg somehow before he even showed up but couldn't admit it as it probably wasn't work related. Then found out he had to file a report for worker's compensation/work insurance so he filed one late and tried to pin it on me. Frankly...either something went on with his story about the drugs and police and another car...or it was all probably an insurance scam.
