Gutter cleaning and install of gutter guards

Does anyone here know someone that does good gutter cleaning, and will install the gutter guards to alleviate the issue in the future? Costco has the guards now, but I have neither the time nor the desire to crawl around on ladders and roofs doing it all.

Did you ever find anything? I have gutter helmets on my house. I'm glad the previous owner got them installed, as what they charge is highway robbery. Something like $50 a linear foot for thinner, and less complex aluminum than gutters, which are like $7 a linear foot. They work though.
