    Silly wabbits, they should never hire SO for any political/LEO/etc. services in their county.

    A good private server can get it done because all of the above have to be at certain places at certain times... and a private server can be more creative in both determining that or in some cases, arranging it. (AFAIK they also have to serve the State A.G. office for it to be valid)
