What are the legal ramifications for citizens taking action against a group such as this when the government won't? Can you use deadly force on someone detaining you at a checkpoint on your way to or from your home? Especially if they are armed as shown in some of these pictures?

Are these anarchist trying to poke the bear and start a new civil war? One of which they will be severely outgunned in.

Seems like to do what they are doing they would have to renounce their citizenship, therefore losing their Constitutionally protected rights, therefore making them an armed foreign state trying to take American soil. Seems like that makes it a Federal issue, not state, which means Trump could send in some military to arrest them. Or eliminate them as it could be considered an act of war pretty easy I would think.

in the 3 days theyve been pretending to be autonomous, theyve:
