Washington owner Dan Snyder responds to allegations of sexual harassment: 'No place in our franchise or society'

Snyder hired a local law firm to review the team’s culture and conduct, which he said will allow the team to implement new policies and procedures.

“Beth Wilkinson and her firm are empowered to do a full, unbiased investigation and make any and all requisite recommendations,” his statement read. “Upon completion of her work, we will institute new policies and procedures and strengthen our human resources infrastructure to not only avoid these issues in the future but most importantly create a team culture that is respectful and inclusive of all.”

I guess we didn't realize how bad we were discriminating against the other kids without skin.

In the late 1890's, the University of Nebraska nick-named their football team the BUGEATERS, after the Bull Bat (winged rat) that ate bugs. I am offended by this name despite it being un-used for over a hundred years and demand some kind of justice and reparation. Also, a bunch of old bats have claimed the team coaches suggested they wear tiny short dresses when they flew around the field but that's another story.
