Why not, there's a lot of men who enter prison. Only to identity as women down the road.

Gen Pop male prison. Decisions have consequences. Even when you're too young to be making those decisions. If "he" has to spend 40 years in segregation, alone with no contact with anyone, even better.

I think I'll start a pool on when "he's" going to demand taxpayers pay for his sex change while "he's" in prison.
