    Vails assault weapons ban which has existed since 1994 and has not be shot down or challenged in court was used as an example by the Boulder City Council as to why their assault weapons ban would stand up to any court challenge in Colorado.

    add the magazine charge on to the probation violation. ZING............. jail time.

    Of course 1 of the above is "acceptable" with the left. Can anyone guess which one it is?

    Just a question. Wasn't there an article in the Denver Post 7-8 years ago or so that reported that Vail cops were supposed to "look the other way" when it cane to cocaine use by "the rich and famous"???? just asking.
