    Oh...and it was hot out.
I expect to do something similar here in Kansas (although I'll be buying, not selling).

I lived in Tucson from 1968-1984. I still have family/friends in both the Tucson/Phoenix metro areas. I always laugh when I hear the ?but it?s a dry heat?! It?s still fucking miserable. Now I only visit late November through early March.

In my ?poor college student? days I got around mostly on a bicycle or motorcycle and it was like riding through a blast furnace haha. Monsoon season was always a ?fun? time. In ?83 we had a 75 year flood-houses just disappeared into usually dry Rillito River. The desert can be as beautiful as it is deadly. Hard to beat look when the cacti bloom.

Obviously those were pre-kydex days and my holsters were leather and I quickly learned I got what paid for.

On my way to work last week, day after a good rain, it was 86% humidity.

That is basically same as living near equator...

I've been to many hot areas during summer, but I haven't lived there. Hottest I've visited was Baker CA. WOW. That place at least felt hotter than hottest I've felt in Las Vegas.

Yeah it was muggy to say the least, I?ll take 100+ with low humidity over 80?s and high humidity any day. Baker is terrible, and the Mojave desert isn?t nearly as colorful as the Sonoran.

I'm like, you don't happen to be selling that gun, since you're throwing mags away, are you? HaHa, no i'm not, was the reply.
    Doesn't matter, pizza still sucks.
