Default Difference between AZ and CO .

Today as we're leaving the local pizza joint. Guy goes to pay and OOPS, drops 2-1911 mags, that were in his back pocket.

The cashier grabs them and says you dropped these. 3 other patrons standing around. Not 1 screamed, dialed 911, or started yelling at the gun owner.

I'm like, you don't happen to be selling that gun, since you're throwing mags away, are you? HaHa, no i'm not, was the reply.

He probably dropped them because of the sweat in his hands from the 110 heat.

Same elevation as the denver metro area. Windsor CO was 4797', Washboard alley is 4760' at my house. Prescott is 5280 - 6300' They even have snowplows in Prescott, that have seen some use last winter.

Now the valley is a tepid 100+ ish most of the summer.

I don?t believe it?s super hot where GK is at (he can correct me if I?m wrong), down here is a different story, fortunately we?ve had a ?cold? snap the last few days, 96 was the high today.

That’s what I would expect in some rural parts of CO too though, but that sounds like a good place to me. In Boulder or Denver, you probably ought to get your mags back and leave promptly while saying thank you. It still wouldn’t necessarily result in the police being called, but best to not stick around to find out.

Summer temps here mimic Denver for the most part. July is almost exhausted and I've seen 97 maybe three times, and the winter is much more milder than that of Hicken/cock/olis land.

Yesterday, in the parking lot of a busy gas station/convenience store in Altus, I had a gentleman hand me a wad of cash. I handed him a very nice AR-15. Nobody cared...except the two of us and we were both happy.

    Oh...and it was hot out.
