The USPS is the responsibility of Congress. They've been refusing to fund the post office for about a decade. Then you get Congress trying to ram a $25 billion USPS bailout into a Covid-19 relief funding bill.

The part that really makes me sad, is that there are enough uneducated people out there that buy into the BS. Congress didn't do their job, so it's Trump's fault.
