    Umm prisoners get health care. AND it's free. Along with a roof over their head, dental and 3 meals a day. All tax payer funded.



    If the protesters wanted to get really upset. They should look at what happened at Attica.
    But a riot, taking hostages and killing other prisoners and guards. Probably doesn't generate much sympathy.

    For the Cause, of course

    Only if you call criminals “political prisoners”. Political prisoners are a real thing in Socialist countries across the globe, though.
