I found Eddie Case's Basement Finishing University when I was looking for the construction guidelines for a shifting basement floor in Colorado.
Even if you don't want to do the work yourself, I found this course helpful when I was looking at finishing mine.
I am not saying this is a good deal for you, but it was nice to get some information for me.
He had a summer sale for less than $100 for the course, but that decision is yours.

Elkstone out of Parker seems to do nice work and they use to have a pretty quick turn around too. No clue on pricing though.

I used Elkstone for my basement. Some positives and some negatives with the company and their work. Expensive.

Everyone is way busy right now so expect to have to wait and expect to be paying a premium price.. If you find someone that is ready to go right now and the price sounds good I would be wary and do your due diligence on hiring them.
