ACB has to be the odds on favorite at this point. Seems to be conservative through and through. Politically her choice is a no brainer. Even if Rs lose Romney, Collins, and Murkowski, Pence can be the deciding vote.

Hopefully Trump has the nomination ready on Monday to get the ball rolling so she is in place by Nov 3 to resolve any election arguments.
