    I was just @ Mimi's. Your experiences must have differed from mine.

    Best bread pudding I ever had was in Philly @ a deli off of Walnut & Broad.

    We used to love Mimi's. Not so much these days. They went downhill bigtime. Shame.

    They don't put raisins in it do they? Gross.

    Carrot Cake (and Pumpkin Roll) = the base cake and cream cheese frosting. Anything else is a crime.

    My mom used to make the pumpkin rolls in the small coffee cans and would cover it in homemade cream cheese frosting, I can still smell it baking in the oven after walking in from school during the holidays. Probably my favorite baked good from childhood.

    My sister has a chicken salad recipe that mimicks Kneaders, and it's dead on. Put it on a big croissant with a leaf of Romaine and wow.

    Their almond croissants are great, as well as their breakfast sammiches.

    Don't have them in WA, yet.

    I don't know if chocolate moose is anything like chocolate goat but I'd much rather have chocolate mousse.
