Dillon 1100 primer WTF

I?ve had a problem set in fairly recently on the RL 1100, and I haven?t been able to track down the problem:

Any ideas? It?s becoming a problem, at about 3% of my cartridges. It seems to have a propensity for WCC, GFI, CBC, and Speer brass, at frequencies above where they appear in my brass collection..

Edit: as I study them, it looks like the punch (and primer?) is entering off-center. Maybe a timing adjustment is in order.
