    Awesome good to hear you are taking it head on.

    Look into some simple yoga to augment your current routine.

    It has been a integral part of my weekly life for a couple years now. The stigma is what it is... pull the shades down roll out the mat and get er done.
    I will tell you 20 min twice a week will have you sweating hard each time.
    I?m a Mid 30?s diesel mechanic and it?s made that Friday morning shift much easier
