    A PRA can purchase/own a gun and you don't need a huntng license.

    Note though that you have to show your green card when you purchase, just knowing your A# isn't sufficient.

    You'll also need to show three months of utility bills or the like to prove your address, and it has to match the address on your driving licence otherwise they need an extra piece of proof such as your car registration or a hunting licence.
