I had a horrible stutter as a kid (even took special ed for it) and it lasted into my 20's. I occasionally get "stuck" on a word to this day.
Do I think it is a problem for the POTUS to have a stuttering problem?
Absolutely yes.
A president should be a leader, and I doubt we are talking about their speech impediments, etc.
President Trump does not seem concerned with your weaknesses, but would rather see you show your strengths.

ETA: The presser tonight by Tony Bobulinksi confirming the Biden family, including participation by Joe, profiting from deals with China should be interesting. The laptop is real. The emails are real. The Biden family corruption is real, and now has been corroborated by the former CEO of Sinohawk Holdings that found out about it and left the company. He has 3 phones that were used during his time at the company and maintained in his possession and unused since leaving the company that he will be turning over to the Senate. Shit is getting real for the Bidens.

Every time I see & hear Biden, he reminds me of my dad when his Alzheimer's started getting a hold of him. Same look in his eyes. Same confusion and struggling with putting thoughts together. Same agitation.
If he wins (God help us) I don't see him lasting 2 years. He's going to implode pretty quickly with the schedule and mental drain of the office if he comes out on top.
