Garage Door Seal Retainer

Asked again today at home depot and lowes with no luck.

Replace the whole unit. OR keep that as your retainer, use this between the door and that piece. I have a different plate setup and the seal was less than adequate. I picked up a roll (16') for my door. Then used the plate to secure the new gasket, using their hardware . works better than the original

OR just replace the entire unit, with something like this



You rarely find replacement gaskets for the original one that came from the mfg.
