Charging handle was a False advertising thing and Has nothing to do with the Stag Arms itself as far as operation. Never NO issue with them. Good to go

    Google Search synopsis

    Stag Arms
    Ambi Charging Handle Fraud:
    What did Stag Arms do?
    thanks to info from Chris:
    - Black Friday is coming. Schuyler Arms is finding deals he can pass on to his customers.
    - Stag sourced charging handles from another company (people believe there is no way they didn?t know they were knock offs, however Stag lawsuit with Radian claims they thought they were that companies non infringing handles)
    - Stag advertised these charging handles as legitimate Radian Raptors-lt
    - Stag sold over a thousand of them to Schuyler Arms
    - Stag promised shipping for multiple weeks
    - Schuyler pre-sold half of the ones he purchased to other dealers
    - Schuyler posted about his upcoming sale for individuals, advertising his great deal on Radian Raptors that he can pass on to his customers
    - Stag called saying they weren?t Raptors, never were etc. Also despite the tracking number provided the day before, they haven?t shipped at all.
    - Stag edits the HTML in their order confirmation page on site to no longer describe them as Radian Raptor charging handles
    - It's too late because Schuyler took screenshots already
    - Schuyler provides Stag with that proof they were sold as Raptors, Stag backed down, said it must have been a mistake, sorry ?fixed the mistake without telling anybody,? offered a Stag ar-15 for the trouble
    - Schuyler is not interested in selling people counterfeit handles or a bribery-15.
    - Schuyler explains that he has taken orders for ~750 of them, needs at least that amount to cover his orders, offers to split the cost with Stag OR he will sue.
    - Stag calls him the next day, saying they can?t get ANY legit Radians, that his issue is NOT their problem, and if he tries and sue or do ANYTHING to get his money they will black list his store from all companies connected to Stag (Aero, etc)
    - Stag issues a refund for his order
    - Schuyler now is left holding the bag with paid orders for a product he does not have, with discounted prices set according to a margin that he now cannot possibly get.
    - He decides to buy legitimate Raptors for his customers, paying more than he would have through Stag, and taking a loss, because giving people what they paid money for is what honest men do.
    - Schuyler gave the dealers a choice of either waiting till he secured the legitimate Raptors needed to cover his orders, which would take a week or two, or store credit for the amount of the dealer cost of a Radian Raptor per unit, leading to a 14k loss.
    - Black Friday came and Stag sold their remaining stock of what was now 100% undeniably known to them to be knockoff Radian charging handles, as "Stag Ambi charging handles." Many of them broke and bent. To add insult to injury, they sold these knockoffs for $15 each, when they were going on eBay for $7-8.
    - Radian sues Stag.
    - Stag settles out of court.
    - Stag is still a sponsor in good standing on ar15.com.
In the end, the one hero is Schuyler Arms, who went above and beyond and took a loss in order to provide genuine Radian charging handles to his customers, who would have otherwise gotten counterfeits supplied to him by Stag as the real deal.
