The "Buy Now" price disappears once somebody goes over that, which happens. "Buy Now" only works when someone actually uses the "Buy Now" feature. Don't ask me why someone would bid more than the "Buy Now" price but they've done it on my auctions in the past. That whole not paying attention thing, again...

    I looked at a previous auction, 1000 sold for $99.99 + shipping/hazmat.

There is a current auction for Remington 7 1/2 BR small primer, 2000 primers currently at $200.

Probably trolls bidding up and become non-paying bidder.
There is hardly any punishment for people who win an auction and not pay.
Many many idiot trolls trolling on auction sites.

This is very reason I put a check mark on immediate payment required on my buy it now listings on ebay. (Sadly gunbroker doesn't have it yet)

The question is. Outside (IMO) of these being insane prices. With the potential of them coming down, mid to late 21. How long before they hit a ceiling, price wise ?

When you look at bid history almost all the bidders are either new or haven't bought but a few items. Is it really all these new people to reloading that are driving the bid so high? If so these people have more money than sense.

The high bidder has purchased 4 other reloading related items in the past month from different sellers for what appears to be fairly high amounts. $300 for 1000 primed .45 cases, $266 for 1000 .40 primed cases.

What's the saying, "A fool and his money soon part ways." or something like that. Or is this a "desperate times calls for desperate measures."

I'm like a few others, I have no intention of selling any primers, BUT everything has a price.
Laws aren't "preventable" measures. IOW, more gun laws won't stop mass shootings.

i hate price gouging, and some of the "sales" people have posted here are disgusting, but if i could get $1K per brick of primers i'd sell every one i have
