Default B.C. Miroku Charles Daly 20 guage o/u shotgun (need info)

I inherited a shotgun some time ago from my grandfather. I never knew anything about it except that it was not a common gun. I am hoping some shotgun users in this forum can assist.

It is a B.C. Miroku Charles Daly 20 guage o/u shotgun. I believe, based on internet research of the serial number (365xxx) that it is a type 3 field grade version. It is also engraved on the barrel that it was manufactured in Kochi, Japan (research said that was significant but can't remember why).

I can't grade the condition of the gun (don't know how) although it has a couple of very minor scratches in the wood.

I don't know much about these guns other than what i have put in this post and there seems to be little historical data on them. Can anyone point me in the right direction to learn about this shotgun? I am interested in learning about how rare it is, history, value (not to sell, just to know) and so on...

    Can anyone assist?
