Who can help me with an inbound transfer from a non FFL. I'm looking at a 1911 from a user in MT and the seller is willing to provide a copy of id and ccw to the ffl. Most of the folks I tried said they can't, G.mtn. Guns said it's okay but they're too far, and others who do it as a side business can be a real pita to get a hold of.
