I have no dilemma about this. Apple and Google and others certainly have the right to conduct business with whom they wish. They do NOT have the right to unilaterally break contracts. They do NOT have the right to defame any person or company absent any evidence.
Consumers should be aware of when the companies they do business with apply different standards.
The issue I have is that they were granted immunity from what others post on thier platforms, which allows them to go basically uncensored. If these platform feel the need to become a censor/publisher of content, those protections should be revoked, as they are now determining what is posted vs allowing free speech.
And when they start censoring political speech from any elected US politician or opposing candidate, they should fall under the same FCC regulations broadcaster and cable TV fall under.

This isn't crazy.
This is communism.
The primary issue with this that I have is it is clearly monopolistic. Parler was the #1 downloaded* app and a potential future competitor. Bottom line is, it serves their bottom line to terminate competition in its infancy. Clearly, that is the biggest factor in its termination since small apps are ignored.
So we have all just moved to Communist China
