I feel 6 months is the max he'll be in office. BUT they might drag it out. Under the pretense, of him "taking some time off, due to health reasons.

Could that open the Democratic party up to lawsuits? Seems pretty irresponsible to run a candidate that isn't fit to be president.

Lawsuits? The d's have been saying trump was unfit to be president for 4.5 years. The ground work is already in place.

While this is mostly regarding a bill being proposed in Missouri to protect gun ownership from federal overreach, the host brings up points regarding dissolution of the union to evade debt and some other "issues".

I'm posting this here because this morning I was listening to a local car talk show and the hosts there were discussing some of the proposed regulation coming out of California. They mentioned how much the auto industry will have to change business models to accommodate California. We know the new administration is not going to be a friend of industry and jobs. At what point though does industry and the workers push back? I'm not implying armed insurrection, just not doing business with them. Kind of like gun companies not selling to government agencies in non gun friendly states.

$50 to a charity of your choice, other than your portfolio if biden actually does the full 4 years , I say no, he does not go the full 4. Will it be by the 25th amendment, or "health reasons" One does the job of the other.
