    Yeah, that's less fun...

    Hopefully people will be smart through this. There are a lot of folks here that have no idea how cold that is, nor how dangerous it can be.

    good time to keep the wood burner stoked and stay near it. Scary thing is that the worst of the cold hasn't reached us yet.
    Laws aren't "preventable" measures. IOW, more gun laws won't stop mass shootings.

    We've been pretty much negative all day on wind chill. -2 at the moment, but that's a live (not average over several minutes) reading
