Sell all her asset and pay for civil liabilities that criminal caused ( leave and medical Bill's. Any building damages).

Criminals should not be off of the hook because they are dead.

Should have used a harpoon instead of the Zapper. Sorry, could not resist.
Now for the future news........Somehow the cop will be called a racist.

This is the reality we live in folks... it’s sad, dumb, and ugly, among other adjectives.

So sorry for the officer. He was polite, even defferential, probably due to her gender and race. But that mindset led him to make several serious mistakes that could have cost his life. He allowed her to talk on the phone and return to the car several times when at any point she could have retrieved the pistol and shot him. Wasn't it initially a felony stop and shouldn't she have been detained in handcuffs before searching the car and backpack? I only guess th pack search was legal because it was in the felons car. And when she resisted inside the car he pulled on her arm (instead of her head/hair which would forced off balance) as she was reaching for the gun. He should have fired as soon as he saw the gun but instead asked, "ma'am, please drop the gun".

In the end she got more respect than she deserved.
