    From a news source covering this story...

    The Metro Field Training Officer approached the car and learned that the owner of the car with the outstanding warrants was not the person driving at the time.
    Once he realized that the felon was not in the car, didn't he need some kind of "probable cause" to search anything (her bag) ?
    The video starts with him demanding the bag. Did not give her a choice.

    NOT defending her, just asking.

    Once stopped, there were likely other issues that got his attention. When they have a probable cause to stop the vehicle with darkly tinted windows, that doesn't mean that's the only issue the officer is allowed to address once they're stopped.

    Who knows what kind of drugs she was on. Tazers aren't perfect. Far from it.
