Ruger 10/22 locally?

I am looking at few of em online.
if I had lots of $ to burn, I would like to get Fortner action Ruger 10/22. I think Volquartsen Summit makes one.

I have a Summit, from before Volquartsen bought the design from Primary Weapons Systems.

I would not classify it as a true Fortner action, since you don't return the bolt to battery with your thumb.

But it is a toggle action that's pretty cool!
