Sight In Surprise

So last fall I put together an Ar10 type rifle. Bushy lower, 16 mid BA barrel, PRI Handguard, home rolled F1 suppressor. Last week put a 3x9 Vortex on it and finally got around to sighting it in today.

First shot. Dead on at 100 yds. Second and third the same. Never have I ever mounted an optic and not had to chase zero for a bit. I was so shocked, I forgot to take a picture.

Anyone else ever have this experience?

Nope. I do my best to have everything close before I sight in but I?ve never had one that didn?t need at least a few clicks here and there to dial it in.

Maybe you should buy a lottery ticket?

Barrett 99 sighted at the factory with a Vortex PST Gen 2.
First 5 shots with AMAX 750gr, dead on.
