I haven't seen any indication that he was actually evaluated and diagnosed with mental problems. What what I have seen it's his brother who has stated that he believes the shooter had mental issues. I suspect he had issues, but am not qualified to make that assessment. Kinda like his brother.

I've been around the block and have seen where many immigrant's allegiances reside, particularly from the "shitholer" countries. Huge difference between a "liquified person after a skydive accident" and determining what is going on in an individual's mind from a clinical perspective.
