These clowns do not get it. Net pro-gun/gunowner has been increased approx 6-8mil+ past 12month, and they are talking about gun control.
Mid term will be very interesting.

I wonder what some of these first time gun owners (panic induced purchasers) think about these things.

    too late. this was today

Notice the lies accepted as truth

My mother’s death began with an internet search for a gun. Because of loopholes in our law, it
was perfectly legal to sell them the gun used to kill my mother –– no background check and no
    questions asked.
If a strong background check law was in place, I could be having breakfast with my mother
instead of appearing before your Committee.
But today, anyone with an internet connection can exploit the same loophole that killed her, and
browse more than 1 million ads for guns in states that do not require background checks. And,
according to Everytown for Gun Safety, nearly 1 in 9 people who respond to those ads can’t
    pass a background check.

    The most bigly one
I’m a gun owner, and I believe fully in the Second Amendment. But I also know that it’s time for
Congress to listen to the 90% of Americans who understand that requiring a background check
is common sense. Because no family should have to get that call that I got from police 5 years
ago –– the worst call in the world.

With all this difficulty of finding ammo and firearm, I think many are most likely frustrated. I just hope that it is enough to turn some counties back to red.

Frustration tends to turn people away from things. Give it some time, once things are idle for long enough I'm thinking they will go and sell off their guns and continue as per usual.

I know a friend who already did this “guns are useless for self defense anyways since I can’t find ammo”.

Ain't that the truth. I had to buy an AR with a FSB just so I could attach a bayonet.

I have a feeling Jittery Joe will do and executive order if congress does not act fast. It will be an AWB for sure. Most likely a waiting period as well being that last weeks shooter and this weeks shooter purchased their firearm a day or few days before they committed their crime. I think this is going up the flag pole fast. I really hope it doesn't but it sure seems inevitable right now.

I never knew that 1960's surplus Imperial bayonet I bought as a gag for photos would become less funny over time.
