Some of the best I ever had came from a beer joint, the guy cooked burgers in the back room in a 15" electric skillet. Damn they were good! But the health department shut him down, because it wasn't a kitchen, just a skillet and a fridge in the storage room.

Those are the best ones.

Before 'rona, I had the best tacos and birria of my life out of a horse barn on a dirt road close to a friend's. I actually cerakoted his 22 that the pigs knocked down and was in the mud for 2 weeks.
I'm kinda sad they haven't opened since lockdown.

The Whataburger patty melt is my go-to. Brings the moisture back in.
