Because the liberals that don't live there aren't going to have anything to say about the homeless population. The liberals that do live there probably won't either.

Did you know that of the 64 counties in Colorado, only 12 passed the bill to reintroduce wolves? I bet you can guess that of the 12 counties on the western slope where the wolves would actually be reintroduced, only 2 voted to pass that bill. That means that 10 counties of people who don't live where wolves would be reintroduced by the state voted to have that happen.
