Computer chair needed

I probably paid around that for this POS (Star?) chair from Office Depot. I want to chuck this thing out the window every time the cylinder drops without warning.

I've been waiting since December 11 for a warranty cushion replacement since the bonded leather started comming apart on a 3 month old chair. It was supposed to take 10-12 weeks.
They even remove my review if I say anything bad about the product or service.
