It looks like that means that the Governor will lift the mandates he enacted in overreaction to the Covid "crisis". These include wearing masks, suspending the so called tenant protections, ending use of federal funds issued by the Coronavirus Act, and rescinding the declaration of a disaster emergency.

Or will he?

Once these fools get a taste of power it is unlikely they give it up. I would not be surprised to see a lifting of some of the nonsense, only to have them re-enacted after the game due to an unfortunate surge of cases or a new, super extra deadly strain popping up.
