Funny. I guess when the FFL logs the serial number they can just put n/a.
It also says he wants to put restrictions on people convicted of domestic violence. I guess I was under the false assumption that someone convicted of that was already a prohibited person.
So if an 80% lower is a "Ghost Gun" anyone know where I can pickup a 79% lower?

Do i do a background on printed guns?
Completely unenforceable since all my prints were done before bumbling bidens pen scratched some nonsense
And it's now OOS across every web site selling them.
Thankfully, due to hunterco's rants about the government coming after you. Or was that the one about covid, or diesel fuel?
I decided to not buy any non-serialized gun parts, from any on line site![]()

Hmm I think it would be a candidate for a conservative appellate court. Problem with "registering" is it will probably require serialization and all the other components of mfg, which makes his executive order in fact, an outright ban. I think even in moderate courts how they proceed here has a tenuous future, at best.
Send out stimulus checks and announce gun legislation. Once again the Democrats have done their part to boost gun sales to a new level. I?m sure there?s some irony in there somewhere.
Any ideas how this could fall under an executive order? I imagine he could have his new BATFE chief issue new guidance that an 80% part is actually a firearm. That would shut it down until challenged in court.
What other law do you think they would try to use to base the exec order off of?
