I was driving down to Gunnison when an elderly lady fell asleep at the wheel and drove into a culvert doing about 45-50mph. Her Jeep Cherokee jumped a cross street and landed about 50ft. away. Happened right in front of me, I stopped to make sure she was okay. She was responsive but the medic for sure thought she broke her back and possibly had multiple breaks. It was crazy when she landed, all 4 doors broke off and the windshield shattered into spiderwebs!
