People regularly drive past my house at 85+. They don't bother me. Truckers intentionally engaging their jake brakes do.

Yeah, this isn't a drag race thread. Big farting cars.

This is a big road, that easily supports 45 mph, but is labeled at 35 mph.

wear a mask in your car. if it's a photo radar (which it likely isn't as it's not flashing a strobe that you've reported) they need to see your face to give you a ticket.

That's what I thought. They cannot prove that I am behind the wheel if they can't recognize me.

Put on my covid mask, and/or otherwise disguise myself, and then it could be anyone, driving my car.

I guess I'm just old school, if the limit is posted, I "try" to stay close to that posted limit. Can't say I always do on the main roads, but on residential roads, I am slow, I don't want to kill anybody, I have kids, when they were little, speeders used to PISS ME OFF in the neighborhood. Now my kids are older, so I don't get as mad, but I've yelled at a few a-holes driving through like speed racer. I drive slow for the kiddos and the soccer moms yelling at their kiddos as they back out of the driveway. I don't like to be constrained to slow speeds, but generally speaking, I don't get worked up about it anymore, there is plenty of shit going on to piss me off as it is...

How about dickheads that honk when they pass by?
If you're unarmed, you are a victim

in Aurora, they set those up for traffic analysis...They did that in a former neighborhood a few years back and ended up raising the Speed Limit by 5 MPH

Wear a Navy helmet and give the salute/thumbs up they do before they catapult.

COVID has prevented from driving reasonable and prudent speeds. I would say that is 115 to 125mph. Beyond 125mph is fun for short bursts, but requires too much attention and slow-down-speedup for any real distance.. Well unless it is early Sunday morning away from any large city.

Haven't been to Germany in more than a year.
