So, it seems as though the Colorado general assembly adjourned pretty much right after passing this bill, from what I have read it sounds like Polis then has 30 days to either sign the bill, veto the bill, or allow the bill to become law by doing nothing vs the 10 day deadline if the assembly was in session.
