I saw several people look at me without a mask for a couple seconds and you can see their wheels spinning, and then they would take their masks off or pull it down to their chin.
I'm vaccinated so I'm not doing it to flip off "the man". But wow was that weird to be in a crowded mall and be the only person without a mask.

Why? Remember: Only Dead Fish Swim with the Current. You made a choice, stand by it. The finger pointing, guilt tripping of the MUST WEAR A MASK ,mentality has subjugated the masses in to believing everything they're told.

Individual freedom & thought process, has been hammered out of the populace. Putting you, and others like us, in one more minority.

AS long as the people follow the mask mandate, OOPS no longer required by CDC. The higher ups will always be able to exert their power. Without firing a shot.

I've gone to three restaurants, one didn't care, the other two asked me to put it back on. I won't be buying from them anymore. Have yet to try it in a grocery store or the like.

I'm at Costco right now sans mask. I'd say maybe 25% of people without, which is good, but could be more.

My wife says if her job was to flip a sign while standing on the street, she'd probably wear a mask as well. Seems like a fair point.

Ha. Ask her if flipping a sign would be considered doing a trick. If so she?d be turning tricks on a street corner.

That mask is probably for diesel fumes from construction trucks and heavy equipment.

I don't wear a mask during construction. I love those Ultra High Sulfer Diesel (UHSD) smells.

I was referring specifically to the toddler. They did what the government told them to do (because their young parents did the same) before they had the ability to develop reasoning around why it was the way it was. They?re more likely to reflexively respond to what they?re told to do later in life.

That describes every toddler ever though. Anyway, I smiled at a lot of people without my mask today. I smile at a lot of people all the time, but now they can tell again.

I recognized a guy (who was wearing a mask) merely by his voice today, he was working at Napa. Haven't seen him in 20 years. He didn't "look" familiar, even less so with a mask on. And it isn't that distinctive of a voice either. But I knew it 100% within half a sentence spoken. The mind never ceases to amaze.

    Also not a humblebrag.
I can see occasionally someone at work (~250 employees) and not recognize them when they come back through the same door 20 minutes later. My ability to recognize people has to be equivalent to a mentally challenged kid on an average day.
