Working with other people or hiring employees needs much higher people skills than being a stupid b1tchass prom king/queen in high school.

some may say.....
"I was really popular in high school and played varsity football" <-- this shit ain't going to fly in real life business skills.

This is why I use to prefer hiring people with at least 3mo in sales with commission or 1yr without commission job even for office staff and chemical engineers.

Let ls say there are too many assholes or turds working at a specific workplace, try to find a better job.
if they are as good as they think, they would get hired in a heartbeat.
Good call and an interesting perspective.

I wonder how the move to virtual commuting will affect this? I was talking to some teacher in Special Education last month and someone commented on how kids these days spend all day on a computer rather than actively engaged with other children face to face. Furthermore, mom and dad hand the kid a tablet, phone, or other device as a babysitter then the parent goes off and does their own thing. This is being reflected in children's vocabulary in that they are not meeting benchmarks for vocabulary and literacy like they used to.
